Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 24 hours. 

If, within 7 days of receiving your product you are not satisfied with your purchase, please click here and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items for store credit or a refund.

There will be a $15 re-stocking fee for domestic returns (US) due to sanitization requirements of returns during COVID, and $30 for international returns. This is to cover the increased cost of shipping for international orders during COVID.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed your order tracking number. 

If the item ships from our US warehouse and you are located in the US, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery, unless items are on back order from our manufacturer in which case please allow for 10-20 business days for delivery. If item ships from overseas or if you are located overseas, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. 

Please note: If you ordered more then 1 item, you may receive them separately if we have an inventory shortage, however will send you a courtesy notification if this is the case.
