1. What is your shipping time?
All orders placed before 3pm, Monday-Friday ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, ship out the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed your order tracking number.
If the item ships from our US warehouse and you are located in the US, please allow 2-3 days for processing and 4-7 business days for delivery, unless items are on back order from our manufacturer in which case please allow for 10-20 business days for delivery. If item ships from overseas or if you are located overseas, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.
Please note: If you ordered more then 1 item, you may receive them separately if we have an inventory shortage, however will send you a courtesy notification if this is the case.

2. I made a mistake in my order!
If you made and error in your order, please email us at support@boredkitten.com. We process orders immediately so if you let us know early enough, we will do our very best to change your order.
3. I ordered multiple items. Why did I only get 1?
Some items may be shipped individually because it makes logistics easier and helps us keep the prices low. Do not worry, your other products are on their way and will arrive shortly!
